Self-mastery is the ability to take control of one’s life without being distracted by any external factor guided by emotions, behaviours and habits. Being self-disciplined and awareness of responding to any factors rather than to react with intention.
Mastering the internal dialogue, observation of thought, self-awareness and self-reflection and to be aware of your thinking-being mindful, being honest, and integrity of our own thoughts and emotions.
Self-mastery is about creating inner harmonization an understanding and peace between an external source, our internal interpretation, and our emotional acknowledgement. With having awareness and changing core beliefs that lead towards personal mastery of your emotions and within your mind.
The intention if self-control and awareness of your own feelings and emotions is to release limitations around fears and any area of unhappiness in your life with eliminating illusional beliefs and patterns your mind has created and been shaped to believe. With knowing you have control over your mind and emotions we can step into personal inner power with healthy boundaries creating happiness, self-respect, inner peace.
Depression is a mental health condition that has an impact on both physical and mental health. Depression effects how individuals feel about themselves which can have control over the motivation, self-esteem, energy ,sleeping patterns, interests and social factors of a person’s behaviour and lifestyle. Depression is frequently known to be a deep wounding of pain, self-resentment or an emotional wound that has been supressed or created emotional trauma to one’s life that has been supressed, unresolved or unhealed.
Anxiety is a feeling of unease, uncertainty causing worry and nervousness about a specific situation or outcome. It creates an unpleasant state and nervous behaviour. Anxiety is strongly linked with past events that have left a fear of painful reoccurring situations being seen as a threat. With anxiety the body is not harmonised with flow but accompanied by tension, restlessness, heart palpitations, fatigue, and concentration difficulty.
Sadness is an emotional pain one feels when feelings occur of loss, helplessness, disappointment, sorrow and grief. Sadness can make you lethargic and may effect motivation and the withdrawal of social activity. Sadness is a form of energy that is centrally released by crying.
It is important to allow yourself permission to feel and acknowledge your emotions .If we do not allow ourselves permission of our own emotions and feelings we cannot transcend the energy and allow ourselves to feel peace to love joy and happiness. We need to develop and have an understanding on self-forgiveness, compassion and self-love.
Deep grief is associated with old wounds stemming back from an experience usually at a young age from childhood. Grief is energy that needs to be released through healing work and inner child healing, by owning grief and sadness with acknowledgement of one’s emotion we the can trace back the situation which emotion was stored and start the healing process of release, forgiveness and love with understanding.

Relationship break up is a ‘break up’ between two individuals in an intimate relationship. There can be different emotional stages for an individual going through a break up such as denial, anger, fear, depression, grief, sadness and acceptance. It is important to acknowledge your own emotions, feelings and lessons in the relationship with the other to heal any behaviour patterns, co-dependency, fears,attitudes, beliefs that do not serve you unconditionally, internally and externally with others.
Co-dependency is an unhealthy dysfunctional behaviour pattern in a relationship where a person suffers from addiction low self- esteem, people pleasing, poor boundaries, reactivity, caretaking, control dysfunctional communication, obsession, dependency, denial, and painful emotion and intimacy issues. Co-dependency is a pattern of behaviour in which you find yourself dependant and in approval externally from an individual to validate yourself worth and identity. It is an unhealthy pattern that causes a lot of unbalance and pain within a relationship.
With having an awareness of your own thoughts, emotions and actions you are then able to accept how you feel and start looking and healing internally at why these behaviour patterns are occurring.
Meditation is unique individual practice as each individual trains the mind allowing space for a new expansion of consciousness. A beneficial realization of a betterment of the mind to notice its satisfactional fulfilment without becoming identified or defined by the content of its practice.
Meditation is a movement of life force, a reinforcement of relaxation, inner peace, patience, love, forgiveness, compassion and promotion of personal development. A distinct energetic moving consciousness form of meditational purpose is to with little effort sustain a singular intention of concentration enabling you to enjoy a sense of well-being and satisfaction while engaging in everyday life.
Meditation has been involved in numerous religious, spiritual traditions and amongst many beliefs all over the world. Meditation involves an internal training to self-move the mind to a place of stillness. It is often practiced to quiet the mind, relaxation, for better well-being and to heal health matters. Meditation brings you back to awareness due to a mind training state you are able to be aware of analysing toxic emotion such as anger and hatred, moving emotion to a place of forgiveness from the intention of letting go. Mantras are also sometimes included in many mediative practices, mantras are chosen based on the intentional needs and feeling of suitability for the group by the meditator.
Meditation is a calming practice of teaching for self-awareness to go within with a pure intention of raising a vibration to lift self-consciousness; another name can be to awaken, and to raise awareness.
